Thousands of easy-to-follow articles on the new Knowledge Base
The IT Service Desk has just launched its new website – which features a new service – Knowledge Base.
Knowledge Base contains hundreds of University-specific articles, including
'how to' guides, service requests, error fixes and general IT information pages.
As well as containing University specific information, the Knowledge Base contains thousands of articles on popular software packages, including Microsoft Office 2007.
It can be used by any student or member of staff.
You can also submit requests to the service desk through the "Contact Service Desk" link, where your IT query will be forwarded to the correct place.
