Regulation XVII and the associated guidance has been updated.

Regulation XVII (Conduct & Discipline of Students)- and the associated guidance on handling cases of academic malpractice - has been updated with effect from 26 August 2009. The changes are not substantive and do not confer any new powers on the University.
