What's on in September 2009
Welcome to The Manchester Museum's ebulletin for families. As the summer draws to an end, here at The Manchester Museum we have an exciting month of activities for all the family to get involved in! Come and find out about ferns and fossils at one of our Big Saturday events, get comfy on our magic carpet and enjoy stories for the under 5s. Come and explore nature and evolution in Nature Discovery, a new permanent exploration area for younger visitors and their families.
Find out about Charles Darwin's life and work, the theory of evolution and science since Charles Darwin in our Darwin Extravaganza. Come and explore how science works, the difference between faith and fact, and how Darwin's work has been used and abused.
If you know anyone who is interested in receiving our enewsletters and finding out more about our activities, they can now sign up through our website:
