MS53: Developing Excellence in Internal Communications: A Two Day Workshop for Academic and Administrative Middle Managers

This two-day workshop aims to help managers focus on the way they currently communicate with their staff.

The workshop also gives practical advice on how to improve staff communication and helps managers to develop their communication skills and practices.

This is a two-day workshop. Day one takes place on Wednesday 9 September with day two on Tuesday 29 September. Both sessions will begin at 9.30am and end at 4pm. The sessions will take place at the STDU.
