1) Summer Squash and Badminton Coaching
Learn new skills with our course for beginners or progress your game-play with our “Next Step” coaching courses – both are fun and a great way to stay fit over summer.

2) Summer Softball
Take advantage of the sun while it lasts – come along to our new summer activity, softball.
Everyone is welcome, no experience required as you will be taught to play by experienced coaches. It is a mixed activity, with both men and women taking part together in the same team.

3) Netball Coaching
The University of Manchester Staff Netball team (StaffNet) train every Friday at 12.30-1.30pm at the Sugden Sports Centre.
Beginners are welcome and you don't have to play with the team to come along and join in. However, if you are interested in joining the team then we are looking for new members so it would be great to hear from you! It's a great way to get fit and meet new people who work at the University.

4) The Wellbeing Room Timetable
Chose from Iyengar Yoga, Pilates Mixed Ability, Energy Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga and Friday Workshops.
Courses start week commencing 29 June, so book now to avoid disappointment.
