Swedish massage - uses softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This sensitivity to pressure makes it ideal for relaxation.
Indian head massage - based on ancient Ayurvedic healing techniques. It is one of the most widely practiced complementary therapies in the West and involves massaging the head, face, neck, shoulders and upper back.
Stress buster massage - a very massage containing elements of Swedish, deep tissue and Indian head massage
Reiki - an ancient energy healing technique which works on all levels - mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. It helps us to relax and unwind which is an added bonus.
Reiki and intuitive crystal healing - works with reiki energy and with energy from crystals. It is a powerful technique which can further aid relaxation and healing.
Yoga and meditation - session for the beginner. It offers yoga postures as a way to access the body, which centres us and calms the mind in preparation for meditation. It will also look at meditation postures, so that participants can sit comfortably. This will be followed by several short meditation practices.
