Undergraduate Open Day

Friday 19 and Saturday 20 June 2009

Our first Undergraduate Open Days for the year for prospective undergraduate students will be taking place on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 June 2009 between 10am and 4pm.

Events will be occurring throughout the day in buildings across the whole of the University Main Campus. Students, parents and their teachers will have the opportunity to visit sessions on individual subjects, listen to talks and go on tours of academic resources, our sports facilities and the city etc.

Visitors have been encouraged to make their way first to the Open Day Exhibition in the Whitworth Hall. Here, some of our main student services will be represented.

A shuttle bus service will run throughout the day providing transport to our visitors between Piccadilly Rail Station and Brunswick Street.

As a result of the large number of visitors on campus, you will find that both the car parks and the food outlets across the University are much busier than usual.

Please note that University Place is closed for an international conference, therefore catering facilities may be busier than usual on an Open Day.
