Manchester Gold: Staff Mentoring Programme.

Jointly run by the MLP, Careers & Employability Division and the Staff Training & Development Unit, this highly regarded programme is now in its eighth year.
Manchester Gold Staff aims to develop University staff by linking them with experienced colleagues. Any member of staff - academic, technical or administrative - can take part as a mentee to promote his/her own career development, or as a mentor to gain further skills and the satisfaction of helping a colleague. A programme of supporting workshops will also be available to all participants.
Applications from mentees are still welcome, although we would be particularly interested in hearing from you if you would like to participate as a mentor.
