The Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility Public Open Day.
04 Feb 2009
Information, education and fun for all ages on 13 March.
The Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility is holding a Public Open Day on 13 March 2009.
We are extremely proud of the work that we do at The Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility in Manchester. Therefore, as part of National Science week, we are holding a public Open Day on Friday 13 March 2009. The event will run between 10am and 4pm and will be an opportunity for you to come into the WTCRF to find out more about what we do.
The WTCRF Open Day will be an interactive day looking at clinical research and the impact of clinical research on the health service over the last 60 years. We will be providing a number of activities, tours and presentations for people of all ages, which will be informative, educational but, most of all, fun.
The aim of the day is to forge closer links with our local community. There will also be opportunities to meet our staff, to find out more about what we do and show you what a difference clinical research makes.
