Places available for yoga, pilates, and nutrition and weight loss courses.
The Well-Being Room vacation Programme starts next week so if you haven't already signed up, now is the time to do it.
Places are available on the following courses:
- Iyengar yoga (Monday 5pm)
- Pilates (Tuesday 12.30pm & Thursday 4pm)
- Nutrition and weight loss (Thursday 12pm)
- Ashtanga yoga (Thursday 5pm)
All courses are held at the Well-Being Room, Dover Street building. Courses should be booked in advance at: SPORT Head Office, William Kay House, 333 Oxford Road.
