Last chance to sign up for vacation Well-Being programme.

Places available for yoga, pilates, and nutrition and weight loss courses.

The Well-Being Room vacation Programme starts next week so if you haven't already signed up, now is the time to do it.

Places are available on the following courses:

  • Iyengar yoga (Monday 5pm)
  • Pilates (Tuesday 12.30pm & Thursday 4pm)
  • Nutrition and weight loss (Thursday 12pm)
  • Ashtanga yoga (Thursday 5pm)

All courses are held at the Well-Being Room, Dover Street building. Courses should be booked in advance at: SPORT Head Office, William Kay House, 333 Oxford Road.
