Eight-week enrolment courses to increase fitness and mental well-being.
SPORT has designed a programme of enrolment courses to help staff get fit over the summer vacation. Based in the well-being room on Dover Street the eight-week enrolment courses are designed to increase fitness and mental well-being. All courses are open to beginners.
Vacation Programme:
Monday | Tai Chi for Health | 12noon-1pm |
Monday | Iyengar Yoga | 5-6.30pm |
Tuesday | Pilates | 12.30-1.30pm |
Thursday | Nutrition and Weight Loss | 12noon-1pm |
Thursday | Nutrition and Weight Loss Maintenance | 1-2pm |
Thursday | Pilates | 4-4.55pm |
Thursday | Ashtanga Yoga | 5-6.30pm |
