Fallowfield Jog.

A great way to train for an event or kick start your summer fitness.

On Saturday 24 May SPORT and members of the Orienteering Club are hosting a Fallowfield Jog. The jog is open to people who exercise frequently and complete beginners. The full route is approximately two miles. At a steady jog, this should take between 20-30 minutes.

Jogging is a great way of really improving your cardiovascular system and circulation. Combined with a healthy diet, jogging is a fantastic way to burn fat and tone up.

The Fallowfield Jog takes place on Saturday 24 May at 11am. Meet at Owens Park Reception, Fallowfield. The Jog is open to everyone and is FREE.
