SPORT is hosting a wide range of health, fitness and well-being enrolment courses over the summer semester.
The eight-week enrolment courses are great for beginners as they teach you the basics and as you progress through the course you will learn set routines, postures or disciplines.
Selection of courses on offer:
- Wide range of yoga techniques inc. Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga
- Pilates
- Variety of dance styles inc. street, salsa, chair dance provocateur
- Meditation
- Tai Chi
- Kick boxing
