Big Saturday: The Blue Planet Day
Saturday 12 April, 11am-4pm
Explore the depths of the oceans with the BBC's The Blue Planet team. See projections of whales and get up close to the Museum's collections of marine and plant life and oceanic societies. Listen to some watery music and help create a giant collage of marine and mermaid life.
- 11am-4pm: Art and craft activities Drop-in, Free, All ages
- 11.30am, 2pm: Coral reef coaster Book, £1.50 per child, 6+
Learn about coral reefs and make a coaster using recycled pots.
