Free locks, lights and online registration for your bike.

Bring your bike along for giveaways on 11 April.

Manchester Crime and Disorder Partnership in association with the Student Neighbourhood Partnership are inviting students and staff in the area to collect free bike locks, property marking kits, lights, online registration and security advice.

Just come along with your bike to the Police Crime Reduction Van outside The University of Manchester Refectory, off Oxford Road, from 10am to 2pm on Friday 11 April 2008.

Be warned these events are very popular, so get there early to be sure to collect the freebies.
