New Health, Fitness and Well-Being programme.

Check out the new summer timetable!

The new programme offers a wide range of yoga, pilates and dance classes as well as traditional 'workout' classes such as kick boxing, bums and tums and aerobics.

Enrolment courses begin week commencing 14 April 2008 and bookings are bring taken from 5 March 2008.
