Introducing Connect - Your new online support portal

Powered by ServiceNow, the new portal offers a single platform for IT service management, customer service, and other functions.
On Tuesday 8 October, we will be launching Connect – the new portal for colleagues and students to get support from our professional services colleagues including IT support.
This innovative new platform, powered by ServiceNow, will improve how we deliver IT service management, customer service, and other functions across our University, for the benefit of colleagues and students.
Patrick Hackett, Registrar, Secretary and Chief Operating Officer at the University of Manchester, said: “This is the first step in a series of changes to improve how our community accesses services, gains knowledge and engages with professional services colleagues for partnership and support.
“As a University community we need to continue to embrace technology to achieve our goals. Our partnership with ServiceNow signifies our commitment to providing you with the best services possible, not only now but into the future.”
