Car park permit office has new opening hours from September

From 1 September 2024, the Car Park Permit Office will be changing its opening hours.

From 1 September 2024, the Car Park Permit Office opening hours will change to:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8.30am-12.30pm / 1.30pm-3.00pm (Closed for lunch 12.30pm-1.30pm)
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 8.30am-12.30pm only

Prior to the pandemic, the office closed during certain periods to ensure the team could keep on top of administrative and clerical duties. As such, there will be two afternoon closures reinstated from September 2024.

The team will still be contactable by phone on 0161 275 2231 or email on carparking@manchester.ac.uk on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, but the office will be closed to visitors during outside of opening hours.
