Maintenance affecting podcast scheduling and the video portal from 7-14 August

Colleagues in IT Services are performing an upgrade between Wednesday 7 and Wednesday 14 August 2024, which will affect the video portal and Podcast Schedule tool.

During this time, colleagues and students will still be able to watch videos, however, the Podcast Schedule tool and My Videos page will be unavailable.

Any already scheduled recordings of events during this time will still record as expected, but processing will not take place until the upgrade is complete after Wednesday 14 August. As part of this work, the Podcast Studio tool will also no longer be available for use.
