Commemorative 200-year pin badges for staff

Keepsake to mark this momentous occasion and thank you for your hard work – it's you who make us who we are.

Our bicentenary year is providing a wonderful opportunity for us to celebrate 200 years of our incredible people and community. After all, it's you who make us who we are.  

To mark this momentous occasion and thank you for your hard work, we are arranging for colleagues to have the opportunity to receive a special commemorative 200-year pin badge this Summer.  These will be available for all University staff, including Teaching Assistants. 

Distribution of pins to those who wish to have them will be managed by Schools, Departments and local areas in the coming weeks.  

Please note, there is only one pin badge per staff member. Some colleagues have already received a pin badge through a role they have taken in the bicentenary celebrations or otherwise.

Bicentenary merchandise

The full set of bicentenary merchandise, including everything from umbrellas to tote bags, is available in the University's gift shop in University Place and online. For those looking for special keepsake or gift, we also have a limited edition The Sculpts design celebrating our 200-year history available as a tile, coaster or mug at the Museum shop or on The Sculpts website.
