Organisational Development moves to John Owens

John Owen's Building

The Organisational Development (OD) team is moving from its current home on the fifth floor of the Roscoe Building to the John Owens Building (Number 48 on the interactive map). The team will be based in John Owens from Monday, 8 July in room numbers LG.005, LG.010, LG.011, LG.012, LG.012a, LG.019.

Director of Organisational Development Helen Ashley said: 'This is an exciting time for the OD team.  Not only are we getting a new home but we’re taking our work in a fresh direction too. By co-locating with the wider OD team we will be able to work more closely and collaboratively, making stronger links between what we’re doing to support and enable all colleagues at our University to thrive and achieve their full potential,' she added.

The move means that the whole of the wider Organisational Develpment team will be in the same building – this includes Workforce Planning and Talent, Colleague Experience and Strategic Capabilities and from Thursday, 1 August, the Colleague Wellbeing team, which will be joining OD.

Look out for more news from the OD team in the coming months, but in the meantime, you can find out more about what’s on offer from the OD team on our new-look StaffNet pages:
