Resource Booker downtime, 27 June - 1 July

Booking tiles which link to rooms used for teaching in the timetabling system will be unavailable between Thursday, 27 June and Monday, 1 July

Colleagues who use Resource Booker to book rooms across campus should be aware of some upcoming downtime while we work to connect Resource Booker to the timetabling database for the 2024/25 academic year.

This work is scheduled to take place on Thursday 27, June, and we anticipate it being completed by the morning of Monday, 1 July.

During this time any booking tiles which link to rooms used for teaching in the timetabling system will be unavailable. This includes tiles for Central Teaching and Meeting Rooms, Central Computer Clusters, Meet and Teach and Meeting Rooms in MECD, and locally owned rooms in AMBS, Jean McFarlane, Stopford, SEED and FSE, and some others. 

Other tiles which don’t link to the timetabling system, such as those for Hot Desking, Library spaces, and meeting rooms which are not used for teaching, will still be available during this period.
