P&OD Operations & Reward becomes People Services

The change comes into effect today (Friday, 14 June)
From today (Friday, 14 June) P&OD Operations & Reward becomes People Services, this represents no structural change.
People Services encompasses the following teams:
- Directorate Support,
- Employment Services and Recruitment,
- Talent Acquisition,
- Global Mobility,
- Payroll,
- Reward,
- People Systems (previously Core Systems team),
- People Data and Analytics (previously Workforce Information).
Reflecting on the change Hazel Tritschler, Director of People Services, said: “Within People & OD we have amazing people who are delivering services to colleagues across the University, some of whom are supporting colleagues during the moments that matter in their employee life cycle.
"The change represents our continued commitment to improve the service that you, our colleagues, need. It builds on the great work already taking place across People Services, as we enhance how we are measuring our delivery and people experience.
"Our newly named People Services team demonstrates our ongoing commitment to deliver services that are colleague centred and have a focus on 'speed, simplicity and quality' as set out in our People and OD strategy."
