Participate in a workshop for the Student Experience Programme (SEP) evaluation
10 Jun 2024
SEP workshops are running until mid-August - sign up now
As part of the evaluation of the ‘people and structures’ element of SEP, colleagues are invited to participate in workshops to provide views on a range of themes covering:
- Impact on students and staff
- Teams/team working, culture and relationships
- New structural changes and implementation
- Wellbeing and workload
- Governance and quality assurance
- Good practice and lessons learned
- Long-term embedding of changes.
These workshops complement the SEP evaluation survey which closed on 24 May with a total of 666 responses.
Who are these workshops for
The workshops are for all PS colleagues at grades two to seven who are impacted by the structural changes.
Attendance is voluntary and you only need to attend one of the workshops. The workshops are organised by different impacted areas, for example, faculty admissions and placements, or there are more generic Teaching, Learning and Student Experience workshops being delivered so you can choose a workshop most relevant to you.
When are they taking place
There is a selection of dates to choose from between Monday 17 June and mid-August, each workshop will last around two hours.
Will the work shops be anonymised
If you participate in a workshop, ‘Chatham House’ rules apply, and conversations will remain confidential. In addition, an anonymous Padlet response board will be open both during and after the workshops. The workshop outputs will be completely anonymised to protect a participant's identity.
Who is facilitating the workshops
Members of the SEP evaluation committee are facilitating the workshops. A list of members can be viewed here: Committee Members
