Last chance to participate in the University Wellbeing Survey
09 May 2024
Wellbeing survey deadline extended to 14 May
As part of our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing at the University of Manchester, last month we shared the latest work on our Employee Wellbeing Commitment and the launch of our colleague Wellbeing Survey.
Thank you to those who have already completed the survey, and encouraged your teams to take part. We’d encourage everyone who hasn’t yet participated to take this opportunity to share their insights.
Key Survey Completion Statistics:
- Across the University, the latest completion rate stands at 36%;
- Professional services have a completion rate of 45%;
- And our academic community’s completion rate is currently at 22%.
Extended Deadline: In response to feedback and to ensure that all colleagues have a chance to participate, we have extended the survey deadline until 14 May.
Why Participate?
- Enhanced Understanding: The more people who complete the survey, the better we can understand wellbeing across the University
- Informed Decision-Making: Insights from the survey will inform priorities and initiatives both at the local level and centrally.
- Quick and Easy: The survey is designed to be quick and straightforward, so you can complete it within 5 minutes and all responses are completely anonymous
- Giving back by taking part: For every completed survey, we will also donate £1 to charity, with the funds evenly distributed among our three Purple Pennies charities.
