Update 1 (1:20pm, Friday 19 April)

A change has been made, and tests have shown that Listserv messages are now being delivered as expected.

In some cases, the issue may continue to occur when using the Outlook software application. If you are still receiving error messages, then re-downloading the Outlook address book should resolve this. In Outlook, click File, Account Settings then Download Address Book.

These issues should not occur when using Outlook on the web.

If you are still experiencing issues with Listserv, please contact the IT Support Centre.

IT Services are investigating an issue which is affecting usage of Listserv.

Some colleagues are receiving error messages when attempting to send messages to mailing lists.

This is under investigation as a matter of priority and we’ll issue an update as soon as we have any more information.
