Tips for effective meetings

We’ve created a short five step meetings guide to support individuals, teams, and leaders with scheduling, planning and conducting meetings
Over the last few years, many of us have gone through significant change in how we work and the technology we use to meet and interact with people. In many ways, it has got easy to schedule meetings and with this shift in ways of working, as a University, we are keen that colleagues are mindful about when, how and why they schedule meetings and consider whether a meeting is the best way to get the work done.
To support individuals, teams, and leaders with scheduling, planning and conducting meetings, we’ve created a short five step meetings guide.
Please take the opportunity to have conversations within your team meetings and identify opportunities for adapting your meeting schedules to take these principles into account.
