Meeting on 7 November looks at University policies/practices on plagiarism
The University of Manchester Plagiarism Interest Group (convenor: Toby Howard, School of Computer Science) is an informal grouping of colleagues across the University who share an interest in detecting plagiarism and academic malpractice at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and in educating students against plagiarism. The idea is to share resources and experiences. We have a email list for discussion and announcements.
The next informal PIG meeting will be on Wednesday 7 November 2007 at 2pm in Atlas 1 (Kilburn Building) where Keith Elliot, Head of Learning Development, will attend and discuss University policies and practices on plagiarism.
