Applications for Manchester Gold staff mentoring programme are open now and will close on Friday, 3 May.
What is Manchester Gold?
Manchester Gold is a well-established mentoring scheme for colleagues across all grades and areas of the University including Research, Teaching and Professional Services. Led by Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD), Manchester Gold matches mentees with mentors to support staff development and shared experience. The scheme has been running for over 17 years and has had over 1400 mentoring matches to date!
Sign up as a mentor – first time Mentors welcome!
We’d love you to sign up as a Mentor to offer a colleague support in their career development. We welcome applications from Mentors from all grades and from across Research and Teaching roles as well as Technical and Professional Services. Your experience and areas of expertise will be valuable to our Mentees and there is support available for those new to Mentoring.
