Autumn/Winter 2007 Programme

A new programme of monthly HEI seminars will begin in October 2007, aimed at providing staff from within the Administration across the University with a broader understanding of key issues.  Each lunchtime session of about one hour will include a focused presentation on a specific topic; our sessions for Autumn/Winter 2007 are listed below.

Friday 19 October 2007: Risk and Compliance within the University. Dr David Barker, Head of Compliance and Risk Management.

Friday 23 November 2007: STARS Activities and Issues. Mr Mike Shore-Nye, Director of STARS.

Friday 14 December 2007:  How JRUL's information resources and services support the University. Dr Diana Leitch, Assistant Director and Deputy University Librarian/Head of Information Resources.

The seminars will be held in the Kanaris Lecture Theatre in Manchester Museum and will run from 12.30pm-1.45pm. Light refreshments only will be available.
