Healthier Futures: Ageing and Health Inequalities Networking Event
18 Mar 2024
Tuesday, 16 April 2024, 10am, Emmeline Suite, Christabel Pankhurst Building
The Healthier Futures Ageing theme, led by Dr Elaine Dewhurst, Professor Simon Harper and Dr Gindo Tampubolon, is bringing together knowledge and expertise from across our University and beyond to promote healthy ageing to benefit individuals, communities and society.
Does your research explore how to support societies to respond and adapt to ageing populations? Are you interested in questions about how health inequalities interact with the challenges of ageing? Or how we can promote healthy ageing, where elderly people can actively participate in society?
Then join our upcoming networking event to find out more about Healthier Futures, hear from colleagues about research happening across the University on ageing and health inequalities, and discuss collaboration opportunities relating to policy, funding, and stakeholder engagement.
