Cookson Scholars Conference on Wednesday, 10 and Thursday, 11 April
12 Mar 2024
This online conference explores the work of the international research partnership between the University of Manchester and the University of Melbourne
The Cookson Scholars joint PhD programme is part of an international research partnership between the University of Manchester and the University of Melbourne. Postgraduate Researchers in the Joint PhD programme represent a diverse range of faculties from across the two institutions. The Dual Award Programme was established in 2019 and has so far provided funding for 45 supervisory teams and 50 candidates across all faculties, in areas such as Neurology, Post-Colonialism and Urbanisation.
In April, the programme is holding its second annual conference, and all colleagues, PS and academic, are invited to discover more about the research being undertaken by the current cohorts as they share their research.
The conference will be hosted online via Zoom, on Wednesday, 10 and Thursday, 11 April 2024 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm Melbourne time (7:00am to 10:00am Manchester time).
