The University is committed to providing a safe and effective environment for our international activities.
We are reminding researchers and research-related colleagues of the importance of conducting export control checks before:
- exporting any goods, materials, equipment, technology
- engaging with your potential collaborators and/or funders
- inviting potential visitors to your labs.
This is a crucial step to ensure compliance with export regulations and prevent any breaches.
Please note that it is your responsibility to seek export due diligence checks from the Regulatory Compliance Team by completing this online form.
Please also be aware that if you fail to follow the export controls processes in the University or fail to seek export due diligence checks from the Regulatory Compliance Team where necessary, it will be considered a breach of conduct and be followed by the University’s research misconduct procedure.
