Join a focus group to help improve the effectiveness of IT Service delivery

The IT Services team is looking for lecturers and researchers to help shape the University’s IT Service Management tool, which includes the Support Portal.

IT Services is replacing the current provider of our IT Service Management tool (which includes the University’s Support Portal) with ServiceNow, a step up from our current platform which will help us improve the effectiveness of IT Service delivery.  

As we gear up for the rollout, which will take place later this year, the team is keen to ensure that the platform meets the needs of all our colleagues. To achieve this goal, we are forming a ServiceNow Focus Group for Academics and we are looking for volunteers to participate. We're specifically looking for lecturers and researchers. 

The session is anticipated to run for a maximum of 90 minutes and will be delivered by colleagues from University of Manchester’s IT Services User Experience and Programme Team and a consultant from ServiceNow.
