Revision of Teaching and Scholarship promotions criteria

Have your say on draft guidance documents to contribute to our consultation

For the last year a working group has been reviewing and revising the promotions criteria for academics on Teaching and Scholarship contracts. To accompany this work we have produced a set of guidance documents.

We are now keen to open these draft documents up for consultation to get your feedback so that they can be developed for University-wide roll out in future years. We are holding a series of focus group events online and in person which are open to all, whatever your contract type, and wherever you are based in the University.

Focus groups will be held on the following dates:

Tuesday, 12 December, 11am - 12pm: Online.
Wednesday, 13 December, 12pm - 1pm: On campus at Uni Place_6.207. Refreshments will be provided.
Wednesday, 13 December, 3pm - 4pm: On campus at Uni Place_6.207. Refreshments will be provided.
Friday 15 December, 1pm - 2pm: Online.
Wednesday, 10 January 2024, 2pm - 3pm: Online.
Friday, 12 January 2024, 10 am - 11am: Online.
