Deadlines for December payroll, plus details of December pay dates

We would like to remind colleagues about the following payroll cut off dates for the month of December:

• Fees and expenses – Friday, 1 December 
• Mid-Month Payroll and End of Month Payroll – Friday, 1 December 
• Casual and Teaching Assistants timesheets – Friday, 1 December 
• For vacancies to be posted before Christmas close - all recruitment documentation along with local and financial approval must be submitted by Thursday, 14 December. 

December pay dates 

Colleagues that are paid mid-month will receive their salary on Friday, 15 December. Colleagues that are usually paid at the end of the month will receive their salary on Wednesday, 20 December due to the Christmas/New Year closure.

Christmas/New Year closure dates 

Our University will officially close at the end of Thursday, 21 December 2023 and reopen on Tuesday, 2 January 2024.
