Winter graduation ceremonies: hospitality arrangements

Our Hospitality on Campus team can help you with planning post-ceremony celebrations
Celebration marquee
The marquee will be situated outside of University Place on the events area in front of the Williamson building.
Hospitality package
- View our hospitality package, which includes a range of drinks and sweet treats.
Confirming numbers and catering options
We ask that all catering for your graduation celebration is placed and confirmed by Friday, 1 December 2023 to help us plan and order for your celebration. Your departmental account code that catering will be charged to will also be required by this date.
- Confirmed numbers and catering should be emailed to events.hospitality@manchester.ac.uk
Our team will provide a booking summary and we recommend you check this over to ensure all details for your catering are correct.
Celebration timings
We have arranged time slots to go alongside each graduation ceremony as follows:

| 1pm | 2pm to 3pm |
| 2.45pm | 3.45pm to 4.45pm |
| 4.30pm | 5.30pm to 6.30pm |
| 6.15pm | 7pm to 8.00pm |
Please could you ensure staff members are asked to bring their staff ID for access to the marquee.
Planning a school event?
If you are planning to hold your graduation celebration elsewhere (i.e. a space within your school) and not use the graduation marquee, please let our team know as soon as possible so that this can be booked in for you and any catering needs confirmed.
