Jackie Carter, Professor of Statistical Literacy and Academic Lead for EDI Disability, is recognised as one of the UK’s leading female data science professionals for developing the Q-step programme, which combines partnerships with charity and public sector institutions to support participants in gaining data-driven and research-led living wage work placements. 

A National Teaching Fellow, Jackie talksabout her passion for helping young people break down barriers and realise their potential.
