The Women@Manchester Network invite you to our first session of the academic year

Women@Manchester – In conversation with our network co-chairs

The network welcomes new co-chairs, Dr Lin Ma and Emma Shiels, who will be in conversation with the previous co-chairs, Adèle MacKinlay and Professor Rachel Cowen, in an interactive online session at 11am on Wednesday, 20 September.

The discussion will centre on the future of the network, what drew the new co-chairs into their roles, and what their roles will entail. We will also be speaking to the previous co-chairs, who will talk about their experiences setting up the network, where their passions come from, and what they want to see happen going forward.

There will be time for questions and networking opportunities after the discussion.

The network is about creating a group who can learn from, work with and support each other’s careers whilst also continuing to accelerate gender equity within our University.
