Wi-Fi maintenance from 25-27 August

IT Services and its network partners need to perform maintenance on the Wi-Fi service, which will cause disruption to Wi-Fi connectivity across all areas of campus and halls of residence, between 8pm on Friday, 25 August and 8pm on Sunday, 27 August

During this time, Wi-Fi will be disconnected for up to 10 minutes in each area. Due to the nature of the work, it’s not possible to state the exact time that each area will be affected.

Devices connected to the wired network (for example: desktop PCs, file servers, printers and so on) are not affected by this work.

Once the work has completed, Wi-Fi should automatically reconnect. Anyone with issues after this should contact the relevant team; halls residents should contact Hornet, everyone else should contact the IT Support Centre.
