Special event and networking lunch on 19 September
University colleagues, especially those interested in commercialising their research, or with responsibility for business development activities, are invited to attend this special event and networking lunch on Wednesday 19 September, 9am - 12.45pm, in The Core Technology Facility on Grafton Street.
Going for Growth provides an excellent opportunity for you to network and develop relationships with Manchester Momentum's business members. Manchester Momentum is a unique knowledge community devoted to nurturing the growth of commercial ventures that have an affiliation with the University; namely, spin-out, incubating and science park businesses.
The programme for the event aims to inspire businesses and help them set a vision for their own growth strategies. Two Manchester Momentum member businesses will discuss their experiences of growing a business. Participants can discover their methods, learn from their successes and hear how they have overcome difficulties.
Going for Growth will also demonstrate how to get the right funding for business growth and features an experienced entrepreneur who will share his journey through the AIM Market, the Stock Exchange's international market for small, growth wish companies.
