Update: University systems access

As part of our response to the cyber incident, please note updates on access to the following University systems

MyView

MyView will not be available after 4.30pm on 15 June 2023.

We will let you know as soon as possible when the system will be available.

Hospitality on Campus bookings

The system used to process hospitality bookings is currently down and the team do not have access to bookings made.  If you have a booking with them on or before Friday, 30 June please could you email hospitality@manchester.ac.uk with details of your booking and any correspondence to date. Please insert "EXISTING BOOKING JUNE 2023" in the email title.

For those wanting to make forward bookings, please do continue to send requests on the same email as above.

Oracle Financials

Access to Oracle Financials is currently unavailable remotely.

If you need access to the Oracle system directly, then you will need to work on campus, where Oracle is continuing to work as usual for the time being.

Any users off-site who cannot access Oracle will still be able to action Requisition Approval and Goods Receipt email notifications. 

If these are actioned via email, the responses will be processed by the workflow mailer.  This process should not be affected by the loss of VPN connectivity.
