Menopause in the Workplace – book your place

All staff are invited to join an event hosted by the Women@Manchester staff network focusing on Menopause in the Workplace 9.30am - 11am on Wednesday, 7 June.

Helen Tomlinson, Head of Talent (UK & Ireland) at The Adecco Group will discuss all aspects of menopause from the perspective of both a person experiencing peri/menopause and that of a line manager. Helen will also consider how to be a supportive ally.  

Helen was recently appointed the first ever Government Menopause Employment Champion to improve workplace support for menopause and related issues.

As part of her voluntary role, she focuses on encouraging employers to develop menopause policies to create more supportive environments to help women experiencing menopause to stay and progress in work.
