Help to shape our academic development programmes

Staff are invited to complete a survey as part of the reaccreditation process for the New Academics Programme (NAP) and the Leadership in Education Awards Programme (LEAP).

The New Academics Programme (NAP) and the Leadership in Education Awards Programme (LEAP) are both due for reaccreditation by AdvanceHE in 2023-24. This gives us an opportunity to reflect on our provision and how it works for all those involved. 

The Institute of Teaching and Learning are seeking stakeholder input from: 

• Programme participants (past and present) 
• Senior leaders  
• Managers and supervisors  
• Programme contributors 
• Programme mentors and assessors  

Whatever your relationship to these programmes, we want to know about your experience, and the ways you feel the programme/s could be developed. Your feedback can help shape the future of both programmes. 

The surveys are anonymous and take about 10-15 minutes to complete. The surveys will close on Monday 5 June.

This is the start of our reaccreditation process and there will be further opportunities to get involved in shaping the future of our academic development provision over the summer and autumn.
