My Manchester access issues - resolved

Issues with access to My Manchester website were reported on the morning of 21 February.
Update 1 (9.45am, Tuesday 21 February)
The issue has been identified, and the service has now returned. Anyone who has any further IT issues should contact the IT Support Centre directly.
