27 Jan 2023
Remember to book your place at the Timetable Project's open meeting, taking place Wednesday, 1 February 2023 at 1pm – 2pm on Zoom
Colleagues are invited to attend an online open meeting with the Timetable Project team on Wednesday, 1 February at 1pm - 2pm on Zoom.
- Remember to book your place to attend
This open meeting is an opportunity for you to put your questions to our panel about the introduction of Faculty-led collaborative timetabling. This could cover:
- the process of applying for a Teaching Availability Arrangement (TAA) and recording existing Flexible Working Arrangements (FWAs) by the deadline of 28 February 2023;
- changes to the Timetabling Policy and Code of Practice;
- the timetable activity data capture process and timeline.
The panel will include the Project’s Academic Lead Steve Pettifer, Business Change Manager Rachel Horsfield, P&OD Lead Sarah March and colleagues with experience of collaborative timetabling. Colleagues are advised to submit questions to the panel in advance of the meeting when they book a place on Eventbrite; pre-submitted questions will be addressed first.
Places are limited to 300 people so book your place now to avoid disappointment.
For those unable to attend, the session will be live streamed. Simply visit the StaffNet homepage on the day to watch.
