New preferential rates for Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House, Oxford Road

The Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House have announced their new University preferential booking rates for 2023

The new rates and booking methods for staff and guests are detailed below:

Staff 

• These should only be booked with a University account code for business funded/sponsored purposes.
• Visit Alliance Manchester Business School - hotel bookings, select 'Staff Bookings' and follow the booking process using your University account code.

For personal use

The new 2023 staff promotional rate is £83.49 per night (single occupancy with breakfast), or £99.08 per night (double occupancy with breakfast).

This rate is:

• available to staff members who book using their UOM email address and pay with their own card;
• available for personal bookings only and is not refundable via the University expenses system;
• not available to guests or visitors and the link should not be shared externally.  

Bookings are advance purchase only, cannot be amended, are non-refundable and subject to availability.

• Visit Alliance Manchester Business School - hotel bookings, and select 'Individual Bookings'.

Guests and visitors

University guests and visitors can stay at these hotels using the new 2023 preferential rate starting from £145.08 per night (including breakfast).

• Visit Alliance Manchester Business School - hotel bookings, select 'Individual Bookings' and use the corporate code indicated.

Bookings are advance purchase only, cannot be amended, are non-refundable and subject to availability.

The corporate code and link can be shared with University guests and visitors, including those attending conferences, graduations, Welcome Weeks and inductions.

Group bookings

• Email Hotel@manchester.ac.uk for group enquiries of 15 or more. Please be aware that group bookings are subject to cancellation terms.
