Manchester City Council has published a refreshed plan for the former Central Retail Park site on Great Ancoats Street

The Council is inviting residents, workers and visitors to share their thoughts on the proposals for the former Central Retail Park site through their consultation page.

The draft Strategic Regeneration Framework sets out a new vision for the development of the site with a focus on:

  • New office and workspaces 
  • Green spaces
  • Retail and leisure spaces 
  • Connectivity

The consultation is open until Tuesday, 14 February - have your say.
