Two new websites dedicated to student accommodation, one for current residents and one aimed at prospective residents
Over the last six months, we’ve created two new websites dedicated to student accommodation, one for current residents and one aimed at prospective residents – both launched last week.
To better understand what our users wanted and needed, we conducted user testing with current students and stakeholder interviews with the Accommodation and ResLife teams.
The Residents' website offers a dedicated support platform for current residents. The prospective residents' site has simplified content and new search functionality, so it's easier for prospective residents to find and compare student accommodation at Manchester.
