Staff survey – thank you for taking part
20 Oct 2022
Thank you to everyone who took part in our staff survey
The staff survey closed on Sunday, 16 October with over 50% of colleagues taking part.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views and ideas about our University.
Your responses will help us shape our action plans to make the University an even better place to work.
For those of you who completed the survey, don’t forget to claim your free cake and coffee from our Food on Campus outlets before Friday, 21 October.
What’s next?
We will share the survey findings with colleagues within the next few weeks as we begin a series of open conversations looking at the survey feedback and action planning in response to the results. We will also work with a group of staff survey action teams focusing on key areas, including People & OD, EDI and our Estates Directorate.

We are also continuing our pledge to plant a tree for every survey completed. This is in addition to the 6,500 trees already pledged from the previous survey.
